| Our Guarantee & Bill of Sale The Pet you are purchasing is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. All of our puppies are registered with APRI - America’s Pet Registry, Inc. or AKC unless otherwise stated. This puppy is being sold as Pet quality. For the protection of the Purchaser and Seller, we require that you have your puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hrs of your purchase. If you fail to have your Puppy examined within 48 hrs, this VOIDS this warranty. **(Not including Sundays)** Puppy comes with full registration. However, if you decide to breed this puppy, all guarantees are null and void. We do not guarantee size of puppy. We want each puppy to be going to their forever home. If this puppy is found to have a genetic health problem at the 48 hour exam and is unable to be medically treated, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given. This will be determined by Seller in Paris, TX. To qualify for replacement, you must return the puppy alive to the seller in Paris, TX within 24 hrs of the exam at buyers expense. You must provide a signed document from the Veterinarian stating the problem. Registration papers given at the time of sale must be returned with the puppy. Seller reserves the right to acquire a second veterinary exam on the returned puppy before any replacement is given. Buyer understands that the following slight defects are not considered life threatening and therefore are not covered--hernias, undescended testicle, under or over bites. Buyer understands that the replacement option is only valid when health problems are life threatening and are attributed solely to a hereditary problem and are not due to accident or injury. Puppy must not be euthanized without prior written approval from the breeder or this guarantee is VOID. We don't guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes that we cannot control once the puppy leaves our care. Hypoglycemia is preventable with good care and feeding. Therefore we do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia or Coccidia, Parasites, Viral or Bacterial Infections. Seller will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or the Corona virus once the puppy leaves us, as these are such highly contagious diseases they can be contracted immediately after leaving Seller. ~~~You will have full instructions from me on how to handle a puppy with hypoglycemic tendencies.~~~ Buyer is responsible for all transportation of puppies. Seller is not responsible for any Vet fees or medications incurred by the Buyer. This written agreement is a binding contract, and is the only agreement between the buyer and the seller. Contract is to be interpreted pursuant to the laws of Texas. Jurisdiction and venue to determine disputes shall be in Lamar County. Any dispute regarding this agreement shall be brought solely in Lamar County, Texas.
